Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Transaction Agreement

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.

We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Refund Eligibility

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.

Important: Any request for refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.

How to Request a Refund

A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made by raising a ticket or contacting us and providing:

  • A clear and specific reason for the refund request
  • The exact terms that have been violated
  • Any proof or documentation, if required
  • Transaction ID or Order reference number
  • Date of purchase

Refund Decision

Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Our decision on refund requests shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information or documentation
  • Verify the validity of the refund claim
  • Approve or reject refund requests at our discretion
  • Offer alternative solutions such as credit or rescheduling

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Request made after the specified refund period
  • Services already rendered or products already used
  • Change of mind or personal reasons unrelated to service quality
  • Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation
  • Violation of terms and conditions by the user
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
